- This classroom course consists of 4 days of instruction delivered by a certified DG Instructor.
- Participant performance will be based on an assessment.
Pre-Requisite
- Recommended level is Entry-level.
- Recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4.

Certificate awarded
An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 80% or higher on an assessment. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
